These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.stopwebrent.com (the "Site") and services provided by StopWebRent.com ("we," "us," or "our"), including one-time purchase of static websites built on the Titan Engine ("Services"). By accessing the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Services Overview

We provide static, high-velocity websites (0.1s load times) with features like Google Sheets CMS for content updates, global CDN deployment, and full source code ownership. Packages include one-time fees (e.g., $199 for Local Hero, $399 for Artisan Shop, $499 for Consultant Pro). No monthly hosting/subscription fees apply after purchase. Services are for small businesses, tradesmen, professionals, and makers—not complex platforms requiring user logins or databases.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to agree. You provide accurate information during purchase/inquiry. We may refuse service or terminate access for violations.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are one-time and non-recurring (except optional expansions). Payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). No refunds except as stated (e.g., within 7-day satisfaction period if site not delivered). You are responsible for taxes.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive perpetual ownership of your site's raw source code and design files. We retain rights to the Titan Engine framework (licensed to you non-exclusively). You grant us a limited license to use your content for service delivery (e.g., deployment). You must not resell the framework or claim Titan Engine as your own creation.

5. Your Responsibilities

You own and are responsible for all content uploaded (via Google Sheets or otherwise), ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights, contain malware, or violate laws. You manage updates responsibly. We are not liable for content accuracy or legality.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not: misuse the Site/Services, attempt to reverse-engineer Titan Engine, introduce harmful code, spam, or use for illegal activities. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Delivery and Support

Sites are delivered within agreed timelines post-purchase. Basic support included for setup/sync issues. Major redesigns incur extra one-time fees. We provide no ongoing hosting (static files on your chosen CDN/path).

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including fitness for purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for your package.

10. Termination

We may terminate access for breaches. Upon termination, you retain source code ownership but lose support/sync access.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms governed by laws of Kolkata, India. Disputes resolved via arbitration or courts in Kolkata, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
